Parking

We are located in downtown Englewood. Parking is behind the building. We have a small lot, but you are free to park in any of the overflow parking in the area. You may also enter the building through the back door for your convenience!
Guest/Child Policy

Charisma is a small and intimate salon. We ask that you please come to your appointment alone, unless the person you bring is also being serviced. Caretakers are NOT subject to this policy.
Refunds

Please note that we are a hybrid salon — meaning some of our stylists are employees, while others are self-employed.
At our salon, we strive to provide every guest with the highest quality of service. Due to the time, product, and expertise invested in each appointment, we do not offer refunds on services rendered.
Please note:
Adjustments are only available for services performed in our salon.
Change of mind (wanting a different color, length, etc.) is not considered a service error and will require booking a new appointment.
We cannot guarantee results if recommended aftercare or at-home maintenance are not followed.
Chemical services may react differently depending on previous color history, medications, or hair condition.
Our goal is always for you to leave feeling confident and loving your hair. We appreciate the opportunity to make things right if concerns arise. Please notify us within 7 days if you have any issues with your new hair!
